This page describes the information used by the idea board. No payments are being collected, and no advertising or analytics trackers are installed on this website.

What an idea submission contains

We store the title, description, category, optional public name, submission time, review status and an internal request identifier. You confirm that you are 18 or older and agree to publication after review. We do not request your email address, phone number or legal name.

Approved ideas and optional public names are public. Pending and declined ideas are accessible only through the authenticated review tools. Do not include sensitive personal details about yourself or anyone else.

Your private receipt

Your browser generates a private withdrawal code. Only a one-way hash of that code is stored with the idea. Save the downloaded receipt when you submit. The code is not recoverable from our database, and we cannot email it to you because we do not collect your email address.

Use “Manage a submission” in the homepage footer to remove your record using the idea ID and private code. The live record is deleted. If you lose the receipt, there is no self-service recovery. This launch does not yet provide a separate support contact, so please save it.

Abuse prevention and hosting

Cloudflare hosts this website and storage. Requests pass through Cloudflare's infrastructure, which processes connection information, including IP addresses, as part of providing and protecting the service. Our submission application uses a keyed hash of the connection's IP address for a daily submission limit. It does not store the raw IP address in the idea database.

Rate-limit records expire after two days and are cleaned up daily. We do not use browser cookies or persistent browser storage for tracking. The form uses memory in your open browser tab; save your receipt before leaving.

How long information stays

Approved ideas remain until withdrawn or removed. Unreviewed ideas are automatically removed after 90 days. Declined ideas are removed 30 days after review. Review audit entries retain the record ID, decision, time and operator note; operators must not copy private submission content into those notes.

Cloudflare's recovery features and any private operator backups can retain an earlier copy after live deletion. SQLite Durable Object point-in-time recovery is documented as 30 days. Operator backups must be kept private and deleted after 30 days unless required to resolve an active financial issue. Restores must honor withdrawals made after the backup.

Money records

If funding opens, payment providers will process payments under their own policies. Private transaction references will be used to verify entries and prevent duplicates. The public ledger excludes those references and donor identities. Do not send sensitive information in a public payment note.
